Mediterranean vegetable pasta

Cook 350g of whole-wheat pasta twists according to the pack instructions, drain and set aside. Crush 2 cloves of garlic and chop 1 red onion, 1 green and red pepper, 1 courgette, ½ aubergine and 12 black olives. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the garlic and onion for 1-2 minutes until softened. Add the remaining vegetables and cook for around 5-10 minutes until they're cooked through. Add the drained pasta to the pan and crumble in 100g of feta cheese and 2 chopped tomatoes. Stir through and heat for a couple of minutes. Follow with 1 sliced kiwi fruit topped with a 125g pot of Activia Greek Style Golden Honey Yogurt for each person.
