  • 2 layers noodles

Noodles with Asian prawns

Noodles with Asian prawns

In a non-metallic bowl, mix together 1 tbsp of sunflower oil, the juice of 1 lime, ? tbsp of red curry paste, 1 tbsp of brown sugar and some freshly ground black pepper. Then add 200g of prawns, cover and set aside to marinate for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, boil 2 layers of noodles according to the instructions on the packet, then drain and set aside. Then heat 1 tsp of sunflower oil in a non-stick frying pan and add the prawns, reserving the marinade. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the prawns turn pink. Then add 1 small packet of mangetout, the drained noodles and the marinade. Mix well and heat through. Divide between 2 bowls and serve immediately.
