Nutty branflakes with Activia Natural Pouring Yogurt and apple and blackberry compote

Peel and chop 1 large cooking apple and place in a pan with 150g blackberries and 1tbsp water. Cook for around 5-10 minutes until the apple is soft but still holding its shape. Mix 12tbsp branflakes with 2tbsp chopped mixed nuts and divide between two bowls. Top each bowl with one serving of Activia Natural Pouring Yogurt. Then divide the apple and blackberry compote between the two bowls to serve.

Hi Sam - the beauty of this breakfast is that you can make your compote and then freeze it or keep it in the fridge and then just bring it out at breakfast time - it will heat up in the microwave or on the hob in only a few seconds! These cold mornings demand a hot breakfast!!!
