Preheat the oven to 160°C/gas mark 4. In a small saucepan, warm up 1 tbsp of sunflower oil and 1½ tbsp of honey. Place 75g of flaked almonds, 75g of pecan nuts, and 50g of sunflower seeds in a bowl. Then pour in the oil and honey mixture. Stir to combine, then add 450g of jumbo oats and stir into the mixture. Transfer to a roasting tin and bake in the oven for around 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, add 100g of raisins and leave to cool. This makes 16 servings (store it in an air-tight container). Serve each portion with one serving of Activia Natural Pouring Yogurt and around 110g of fresh fruit salad.
