Place 4 tbsp of oats on a baking tray and pop under a pre-heated grill for a few minutes, turning occasionally until they start to brown. Remove from the grill and set aside. I loved this breakfast, except I didn't have any hazelnuts so used pistachios instead. Yummy.

Great to hear you are all enjoying this! @Gayle perhaps it was an oversight, but a small sprinkling of dried fruit is also a great option with oats in the morning ;)
