Leftover pasta and pesto roast chicken salad

Chop a 100g pre-roasted skinless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Halve 6 cherry tomatoes and slice 3 spring onions. Mix the chicken and veg with 200g leftover cooked wholewheat pasta, 2tbsp canned drained sweetcorn (in water) and 2tbsp red pesto.

If you cook the pasta for this meal you will most likely have a left over pasta and chicken after you have weighed it out. I recommend having the leftover pasta and chicken with mayo for lunch then have this for dinner.
