Pesto topped tuna with Activia Fat-Free Raspberry Yogurt for dessert

Spread 1 tsp of pesto over a 100g fresh tuna steak. Then grill until cooked through. Serve with 2 thick slices of wholegrain bread and salad. Treat yourself to a 125g pot of Activia Fat–Free Raspberry Yogurt and 1 pear for dessert.

You can reduce the calorie content by over 200 cals by cutting out the bread...which will work well on any calorie counting diet plan. Don't forget all the goodness from the fish oils in the tuna!
