Draw and write how your ideal life will look over the next 5 years. Be creative with it, adding photos, colours and pictures. When you're done, pin it up on the wall and look at it regularly. Seeing it set out in the flesh makes it feel more real and therefore more obtainable.

have yet to do this one but i think it is good to have goals set out and 5 years isnt too far it will fly by before we know it!

Put all my pictures on the computer set to music so when I exercise I can see all my favourite photos.
