Hi Naomi - I often have this for breakfast but I omit the toast and peanut butter. Bread is my downfall so I try to eat as little as possible. The shake itself fills me up nicely without making me feel bloated or too full. I usually carry an apple around in my handbag if I get hunry mid-morning. I also like it with Strawberry Pouring Yogurt http://bit.ly/qihLMl
