Remove the skin from 1 large roasted chicken breast and tear lightly into small, bite-sized pieces. Chop 6 sun-dried tomatoes (choose those that are dry rather than in oil) and slice 6 black olives. Mix the chicken, tomatoes and olives with 450g of leftover cooked whole wheat pasta and 4 tbsp of tzatziki. Season with black pepper. Serve with mixed lettuce leaves.
