Preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6. Cut 4 tomatoes in half and place in a roasting tin. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar and season with black pepper. Roast for 10-15 minutes until the tomatoes are cooked through. While they are cooking, grill 200g of healthy-eating lean bacon rashers. Beat 6 eggs in a jug with 2 tbsp of semi-skimmed milk and pour into a non-stick pan to make scrambled eggs. Serve the eggs and bacon with the tomatoes and 1 slice of wholegrain toast per person. Then finish off with a 125g pot of Activia Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt for each person.
