Cook 200g of tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet, then drain. Mix the tagliatelle with a 200g can of pink salmon, 6 tbsp of reduced-fat crème fraiche and 2 tbsp of chopped parsley. Heat until piping hot, then stir in 2 large handfuls of watercress, allowing it to wilt. Serve it with a yummy salad.

I like this with 3 chopped spring onions and a chopped garlic clove softened in one cal spray oil. Also smoked salmon is good.
