Sardines and tomato salad with crusty bread

Chop 1 tomato and ½ red onion, mix together and season with a little black pepper. Serve a 15cm piece of wholegrain baguette with 1 small can sardines in tomato sauce and the tomato and red onion. Plus 1 pear.

That depends what you are looking for. Obviously oily fish are great for your Omega 3 intake. How about a less oily fish like Salmon or tuna? If not then perhaps chicken would be a good option as is protein rich and goes nicely with tomato..
