Toast 2 slices of granary bread and top them with 2 tsp of sunflower margarine. Beat 1 egg with 1 tbsp of skimmed milk and then pour into a pan. Heat, stirring constantly with a fork until the egg scrambles. Then heat up a 200g can of reduced-sugar, reduced-salt baked beans. Serve the toast with the egg and beans. And finish it with a 1 bowl fruit salad for dessert.
