Put on some loud music and dance around to your favourite songs. You might feel self-conscious at first but try to lose your inhibitions and go for it. It's a great stress-reliever, and it'll get your heartbeat up to make you feel more energized. It should give you a boost to get on and do everything else you need to do today. If there are any chores you've been putting off, turn the music up loud and dance while you get them done - it's far more fun that way.

The louder the better I find, my houswork just disappears to a bit of anything from Kylie to Beyonce to Jessie J and I feel fab dancing away!

Tried and tested cheese - 'Don't stop believing' is a great song (Glee's version or Journeys) to get you twirling and a shaking.
