Sing loudly to one of your favourite songs. Stress can affect you physically making all your muscles tighten up, so by singing loudly you can release this tension in your body and make way for those happy hormones. One of my favourite songs to sing along to is 'Gimme some lovin'.

Is this true? I sing all the time but I never feel like it help let out happy hormones? Just something you do when your bored?

Hey Mary, how are you getting on with your Wii singing and dancing? I must say I love this tip - what with Christmas parties and a bit of karaoke! Plus my children are getting a karaoke machine this Christmas (shhh!) so I am looking forward to getting my hands on the mic!!!

I have just started this plan, I have tried lots of diets before but all weight lost comes back and some more. Just bought a microphone and sining game for WII for the Grandchildren but will be also using it myself.
