Just to add a little lifestyle tip - I always make sure I buy responsibly farmed salmon and free range eggs. Somehow it makes this meal more enjoyable!

Smoked salmon and cream cheese, smoked salmon and scrambled egg are two of my top salmon combinations. They are nice and easy on the tummy too first thing in the morning!
