Smoked trout with warm potato salad and Activia Fat Free Forest Fruit Yogurt for dessert

Boil 5 new potatoes in their skins, then drain and toss with 3 tbsp of reduced-fat sour cream, 2 sliced spring onions, snipped chives and some freshly ground black pepper. Serve the potato salad with 110g of smoked trout fillets and a salad with some fat-free dressing. For dessert, try 1 bowl of fruit salad topped with a 125g pot of Activia Fat Free Forest Fruit Yogurt.
