Place 150g each of hummus and tzatziki in separate bowls. Cut 30g of feta cheese into small cubes and mix with 50g of mixed olives in brine, then transfer to a bowl. Roughly chop 2 tomatoes, slice 1 small red onion and cut a 10cm piece of cucumber into cubes. Place in a bowl and mix together with a 400g can of drained and rinsed cannellini beans, 1 tbsp of chopped parsley, a squeeze of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Warm 6 wholemeal pitta breads, cut them into small pieces and place in a basket or bowl. Serve all the ingredients together and get everyone to tuck in.
