Chop 250g of boiled new potatoes with skins into bite-sized pieces. Halve 6 cherry tomatoes, slice 2 spring onions and _ a red pepper. Mix the potatoes, tomatoes, spring onion and pepper with a handful of mangetout, _ a can tuna in spring water and 4 tbsp of salsa. Toss well and serve.
