Nicki's fitness tip: Stand Up and Stretch

Stretch out those tummy muscles.

Stand up, back stretched out, legs hip–width apart. One hand on your hip and the other pointing straight up above your head.

Now lean the whole upper body over in the direction of the arm that is on your hip, bending your upper arm over the top of your head.

Keep going until you feel your waist stretching out on the opposite side. Hold this position for ten seconds.

Repeat on the other side doing 8–10 stretches each way.

Nicki's Tip: Do this first to get your whole tummy warmed up and raring to go then move onto some curls to work your abs.
