Steak and melted cheese baguette

Grill 1 lean beef sandwich steak until cooked to your liking. Top with 3tbsp grated reduced-fat cheese and return to the grill until the cheese melts. Cut a 15cm piece wholegrain baguette in half lengthways and fill with the steak and cheese. Serve with salad and fat-free dressing. Plus 6 almonds.
