Hi Elly, I think this tip is recommending to hold 3 press-ups for 30 seconds. So 90 seconds a day in total! Good luck!

Is this 3 times 30 seconds a day (90 seconds) , or 3 times 30 press ups a day (90 press ups) ??

also if you raise your leg up while in this position and count to 10 each time - helps tone your bottom :)
