Hi Edith, you don't have to replace what you get rid of but you might pick up a few useful additions to your wardrobe, and clear out all the stuff you don't wear as well. We did a clothes swap shop at our local school and charged a couple of pounds for each item and managed to raise over £100 for the school! It was a great idea and a really fun girly evening.

If you swap, how do you "reduce the clutter"? Don't you have the same amount, it's just different stuff?

I completely agree Kat! We had one that was organised locally and not only was it a chance to clear out some of my clutter - but I came away with a handful of lovely new items! All for £10!!! Now that's got to be good for the soul!

This is a great way to refresh your wardrobe. My friends and I try to do one every season, I have saved so much money! You can turn it into a bit of a party too with nice nibbles and drinks rotating venue/house. *Kat
