Walk out into the sea until you have to stand on tiptoes. Engage your tummy muscles, and raise your knees up. Begin ‘pedalling’ with your legs to keep you in place, using your arms to skull in small circles at your sides. Maintain this motion for two sets of 60 seconds, with a short break between sets.
