A park is the ideal workout playground. With the right ideas and a little motivation, you can find everything you need to help you get the most from your exercise: benches, trees, railings, steps and hills all provide a varied ?Äúgym?Äù. If you have children, they can play near you while you exercise.

Tips: Keep it varied, from muscle workouts to cardio work, the more variation you get into each workout the more calories you burn on your way to a toned up tummy.

Couldn't agree more. Many of us believe that the only way to get fit is to join a gym and pay monthly for the privilege. Gyms are great, but on a lovely day or even a cold crisp morning there is nothing more invigorating than having a run around the park for example! This tip shows that it is worth keeping your eyes peeled for other untraditional exercise aids you can find in the great outdoors too!
