It's great to get outside in the fresh air and go for a walk. Look at the trees around you and take deep breaths of fresh air into your lungs. Even if you only have 10 minutes to spare, it's much better to go for a short walk that not go out at all.
Walking leads to the release of the body's natural happy hormones (endorphins). It's even better to walk somewhere new, even if it's still in your local area, so see if you can explore and find new places.

Walking is such a great whole-body exercise, and I think it's great for the mind as well. I love hitting the great outdoors to clear my thoughts and think about the future. Tracy it's great that you use your lunch break for walking! So many people sit at their desks these days - particularly at this time of year.
