Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6. Slice 1 baguette into pieces about 3cm thick. Place on a baking sheet, rub with garlic and brush with olive oil. Pop into the oven and bake for around 5-10 minutes until the bread is crunchy. Chop 6 tomatoes into chunks and mix with 1tbsp olive oil, black pepper and fresh basil. Top the bruschetta with the tomato mix and serve with 2 slices pancetta per person and rocket. Finish with 1 chopped small banana per person, chopped and served with a 125g pot Activia Fat Free Peach Yogurt.
