Spray a small non-stick frying pan with sunflower oil. Beat 2 eggs with 1tbsp semi-skimmed milk and season with black pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and gently roll the egg mixture around so it covers the base of the pan. Cook gently until the egg is almost set. Then place the pan under a pre-heated grill to set the top. While the omelette is cooking, dice 1 tomato. Sprinkle the tomatoes over the top of the omelette, fold over one half and slide onto a plate. Meanwhile, hull 8 strawberries and pop in a blender with 1 small banana and one serving of Activia Strawberry Pouring Yogurt. Blend until smooth and serve with the omelette.

Bananas are a truly versatile fruit, and this is a great way to start the day. Tomato omelette is very low in calories and the smoothie such a protein boost first thing in the morning.

This works as a nice after gym protein lunch for me. Activia Pouring Yogurt is so versatile, I already use it on my cereal but hadn't thought of trying it in a smoothie! Great!
