When treating yourself, you can make a full english not so fat by grilling the bacon, sausage and tomato, poaching the egg (just a couple of minutes for a perfect runny egg), and toasting brown bread. It actually tastes better too and can be digested easier than the fattier way of frying everything!

I grill or bake meat and microwave veg and haven't fried food for years, its much more healthy
