Frying might be a popular way to cook food, but there are loads of other fat-free cooking methods. Try grilling, boiling, baking, poaching, steaming or microwaving instead. For example, swap chips for jacket potatoes, fried fish for grilled fish or fried eggs for poached eggs.

get a slow cooker and just chuck everything in raw - chilli con carne etc, great and easy!!

When treating yourself, you can make a full english not so fat by grilling the bacon, sausage and tomato, poaching the egg (just a couple of minutes for a perfect runny egg), and toasting brown bread. It actually tastes better too and can be digested easier than the fattier way of frying everything!

I grill or bake meat and microwave veg and haven't fried food for years, its much more healthy
