Grill 1 turkey steak until cooked through, then cut into bite–sized pieces. Meanwhile, cook 75g of wholewheat pasta according to the pack instructions, and steam a handful of broccoli florets. Mix the turkey, pasta and broccoli with 2 tbsp of red pesto. Heat through and serve with 1 tbsp of Parmesan cheese, and salad with fat-free dressing.

This is absolutely delicious, pesto adds such great depth to the flavours and both the turkey and pasta are very low in fat. One to try again!

Turkey makes a nice low fat alternative to chicken. Thanks for the Edam suggestion Joanne, I'll have to give that a go as I do love Edam cheese! Eva
