Cut 250g of turkey steaks into strips. Slice 1 onion and 1 green pepper. Heat 1 tbsp of sunflower oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the turkey for 3-4 minutes, until cooked through. Add the onion and green pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the veg soften. Then pour in 1 small packet of ready-made black bean sauce and heat through. While cooking, heat 1 packet of microwaveable rice according to the pack instructions. Divide the rice between 2 plates and top with the turkey in black bean sauce. Finish with a 120g pot of Activia Intensely Creamy Peaches & Cream Yogurt each.

I prefer red peppers too. You can build up to your 5 a day by adding mange toute, sugar snap peas, baby corn, mushrooms and brocolli as well. Turkey is cheaper and leaner than chicken so it works for me! I also like it with a spinach and beansprout salad. This is a really nice, filling without feeling stuffed meal. *Susannah

This is a really delicious dish, although I substituted green for red peppers as I prefer red peppers. I also followed your lead Leanne and boiled up some basmati rice to go with it. I prefer to use chicken, although turkey is more lean, it isn't as tasty
