  • 1 small packet of ready-made black bean sauce
  • 1 packet microwaveable rice

Turkey in black bean sauce

Turkey in black bean sauce and Activia Intensely Creamy Peaches and Cream Yogurt for dessert

Cut 250g of turkey steaks into strips. Slice 1 onion and 1 green pepper. Heat 1 tbsp of sunflower oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the turkey for 3-4 minutes, until cooked through. Add the onion and green pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the veg soften. Then pour in 1 small packet of ready-made black bean sauce and heat through. While cooking, heat 1 packet of microwaveable rice according to the pack instructions. Divide the rice between 2 plates and top with the turkey in black bean sauce. Finish with a 120g pot of Activia Intensely Creamy Peaches & Cream Yogurt each.
