Cut 250g of turkey steaks into strips. Slice 1 onion and 1 green pepper. Heat 1 tbsp of sunflower oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the turkey for 3-4 minutes, until cooked through. Add the onion and green pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the veg soften. Then pour in 1 small packet of ready-made black bean sauce and heat through. While cooking, heat 1 packet of microwaveable rice according to the pack instructions. Divide the rice between 2 plates and top with the turkey in black bean sauce. Finish with a 120g pot of Activia Intensely Creamy Peaches & Cream Yogurt each.

wasn't sure why the rice needed to be microwaveable so i didn't use that. seems a lot of calories for such a small meal?

looks like very high calories per portion. I was hoping that I would perhaps loose a pound or two.

1st time i tried this and was very impressed with it,,i dont like green peppers so made it with a red one instead,, so very good and tasty,
