Turkey, pepper and pesto kebabs with jacket potato with Activia Intensely Creamy Peaches & Cream Yogurt

Preheat the oven to 200C / Gas mark 6 and bake 1 large potato for around 1 hour until the inside is soft. While the potato is cooking, cut 70g turkey and _ a green pepper and _ a red pepper into bite-sized pieces. Thread onto skewers. Brush the turkey and veg with 1 tbsp of red pesto then barbecue or grill until the turkey is cooked through. Serve with the jacket potato and salad. Follow with a 120g pot Activia Intensely Creamy Peaches & Cream Yogurt.
