Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6. Chop 1 large sweet potato into cubes, place into a roasting tin, drizzle with 2 tbsp of olive oil and sprinkle with a little paprika. Place 2 x 130g turkey steaks into the same roasting tin and roast for around 15 minutes until the inside of the sweet potato is soft but the outside roasted, and the turkey is cooked through. Meanwhile, steam a couple of handfuls of French beans and slice 12 cherry tomatoes and 1 small red onion. When cooked, slice the turkey breast and mix with all the ingredients. Divide between 2 plates, drizzling over any roasting juices and finish with a splash of balsamic vinegar. Serve with 1 thick slice of wholegrain bread per person.

I did not like the sweet pototo in future i will replace it with roast sweed or pasnip, Turkey was lovely and tender, I also roasted some peppers and tomato, steamed french beans and onion together both grown in my own garden then poured over all the juices + balsamic vinegar delishes
