  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 handfuls of shredded Chinese cabbage
  • 2 handfuls of beansprouts
  • 30g unsalted cashew nuts
  • 120g sachet of black bean sauce
  • 2 x 120g pot Activia Intensely Creamy Velvety Vanilla Yogurt

Veg and cashew nuts in black bean sauce with Activia Intensely Creamy Velvety Vanilla Yogurt

Cook 150g brown rice according to the pack instructions, then drain. While the rice is cooking, slice 1 carrot, 1 green pepper and 6 spring onions. Heat 1 tbsp of sunflower oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok. Fry the veg and cook for a few minutes. Then add 2 handfuls each of shredded Chinese cabbage and beansprouts. Heat through for a few more minutes. Then add 30g of unsalted cashew nuts and a 120g sachet of black bean sauce. Heat through and serve with the brown rice. Follow with a 120g pot Activia Intensely Creamy Velvety Vanilla Yogurt for each person.
