Chop half a courgette and half a green pepper. Thread them onto 4 skewers with 8 cherry tomatoes and 8 button mushrooms. Brush with olive oil and grill until cooked through. Spread 2 wraps with 4 tbsp of tzatziki. Then take the veg off the skewers and use to fill the wraps. Crumble 25g of feta cheese on top. Wrap it all up and serve immediately. Enjoy 1 small banana and 1 satsuma for dessert.

Very nice and light too, although I couldn't eat 2 wraps and all that fruit too, one is plenty and I don't consider myself to have a small appitite (I wish I did).
