I think Friut and certain Veg hold lot's of water - so can be used for smoothies-by placing a medium size Banana in the freezer for a short period: Can be used to make a smoothie - also Apple sauce and Peanut butter on toast provides a great source of fibre!! Well Recommended. Always drink a glass of water - 15/20min before you eat!
