Juliette's nutrition tip : Wonderful water

As well as helping to fill you up, drinking plenty of water keeps you hydrated, helps the normal functioning of your digestive system and gives your skin the moisture it needs. If you don't like plain water, try livening it up with a squeeze of fresh lemon, lime or orange juice. Or add a splash of fruit juice.

Starting again after xmas ? Good luck to everyone out there we allneed some tlc and i totally agree with the water before your meal all comments and tips will help each other.

I think Friut and certain Veg hold lot's of water - so can be used for smoothies-by placing a medium size Banana in the freezer for a short period: Can be used to make a smoothie - also Apple sauce and Peanut butter on toast provides a great source of fibre!! Well Recommended. Always drink a glass of water - 15/20min before you eat!
