I agree Katerine, I feel better too when I drink more water during the day, and I carry a half litre bottle around with me. Drinking water can actually help you to lose weight as well by helping your body to break down fat.

seems easier to drink from a half litre bottle than a glass. hot water is also good on these cold mornings.
