Rebekah's lifestyle tip : 'You' time

Try and make 10% of the day yours and do something that will restore your energy, like reading a book, taking an extra long bath, taking up a course once a week or having a massage. Always wanted to try yoga but never get the chance? Want to learn to draw but no time for something as seemingly indulgent as an art class? Do it! Don't feel guilty as taking time out for yourself, by yourself, is good for you and your family. You can't be a mum 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I like the "dont feel guilty taking time out for yourself" as I usually do. Will try very hard not to in future. My New Years resolution was to care more about me, instead of me being at bottom of list.

Good point! I have failed miserably at this today, but it will be priority tomorrow! 10% shouldn't be that difficult to fit in if you plan it into your day :)

I like the sound of this! It has made me think how easy it is to not do this. Yesterday went by and 'I' had about 2% of 'my' time..thanks for highlighting that..10% is a very luxurious, yet doable thought!
