Papaya and pecan with fruity Activia topping

Ingredients

1/2 fresh papaya, diced
Handful (25g) pecan nuts
1 pot Activia cereals and kiwi

Simply pop the papaya into a bowl, and top with a generous dollop of yogurt and crunchy pecans.

Papaya and other orange fruit and veg give you beta carotene, an important anti-oxidant. Mix this with the healthy pecans and you get a morning nutrient boost.


Berry and pineapple shake

Ingredients

Handful of frozen berries
1 pot cranberry Activia
Unsweetened pineapple juice

Just blitz all the ingredients together in a blender and serve. Use as little or as much pineapple juice as you like so you get the thickness you prefer.

Ingredients

40g sugar-free muesli
1 fresh fig, chopped into bite-sized pieces
50g blueberries
1 pot fig Activia

Put the muesli into a bowl and add the chopped fig and blue berries. Top with the fig Activia and serve.
