Layered tropical fruit medley (serves 2)

Ingredients

2 pots Activia mango
100g canned pineapple chunks in natural juice, drained
100g fresh strawberries, sliced
1 small mango, peeled and diced
Passion fruit seeds and pulp (optional)
Toasted flaked almonds

Spoon a layer of yogurt onto the bottom of two wine glasses. Now add a layer of pineapple, then more yogurt. Continue layering with strawberries (save some aside for decoration), then yogurt, mango, then yoghurt. Lastly top with a scattering of passion fruit seeds (if using), remaining strawberries and toasted almonds. Chill and devour.

Spinach and red onion salsa

Ingredients

200g Activia natural
100g fresh baby spinach, chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 red pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Good pinch of garlic salt
Freshly cracked black pepper

Mix the yoghurt with the spinach, onion and pepper. Flavour and season with the remaining ingredients.

Fruit crudités and honey yogurt dip

Ingredients

1 pot Vanilla Activia
1 tbsp Honey
125g Ricotta cheese
1 red apple, cut into wedges and drizzled with orange juice
1 peach, cut into wedges
1 pear, cut into wedges and drizzled with orange juice

Blend together the yoghurt, ricotta cheese and honey and set aside to cool. Serve with the chopped fruit.
