Delectable creamy Tzatziki with a quick cucumber kick

We’ve all been there – snack cravings in between meals, especially when spending long hours indoors! 😫
To keep your mind off things and tackle these pesky hunger pangs, we present to you a delectable dip at your fingertips!
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cucumber, about 120g
80g Activia ginger shot
45g cottage cheese
1 small clove garlic, peeled and crushed
METHOD
1/ Cut cucumber chunk in half and remove the seeds. Coarsely grate into a bowl.
2/ Lightly squeeze the cucumber to remove excess juice and place in a bowl.
3/ Stir in the Activia ginger shot, cottage cheese and garlic, season well and serve with vegetable sticks, sweet potato wedges, crackers, oatcakes or crisp breads.
⭐️ TIP: add garlic with caution, too much can be very overpowering.
🕊 Flavour boost: add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil for a richer texture and flavour.
