What can be more relaxing than enjoying some froyo during your break? All you need are 3 simple ingredients, including our very own Activia. 😊
220g Activia Intensely Creamy vanilla or your favourite flavour
125g frozen mixed berries
1tbsp cocoa nibs
1/ Leave berries at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2/ Crush the berries lightly with a fork. Stir Activia Intensely Creamy until smooth and fold into the berries. Spread the mixture onto the prepared tray and scatter with the cocoa nibs. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid .
3/ Break up into chunks and serve.
