Today’s Tips on How to Look After Your Gut And Feel Good:
Small act of kindness like a nice long bath or a walk in the park, helping to remind yourself that you're worth it and avoid stress which can be bad for gut health.
Do it with Activia:
If you can't get out to buy some froyo you could try making it at home! Use your favourite flavour Activia yoghurt, some cereals or raw nuts and a splash of milk - it couldn't be simpler. Check out our peach frozen Activia yogurt and blueberry lollies recipe here!

🍴 Serves: 8
INGREDIENTS
4 x 120g pot of Activia Peach 0% fat and 0% added sugar
150g blueberries
150ml milk
A dash of cereals or raw nuts
METHOD
In a blender blitz the Activia Peach 0%, blueberries and milk, then pour the mixture into eight lolly moulds. Place a lolly stick into the centre of each and freeze for a minimum of 8 hrs.
Please make sure that you do not unfreeze the product twice and avoid any ingredients of your allergies.
