Easy Peasy Fruit Dip
⏲ Prep Time: 5 minutes
🍴 Serves: 1
1 apple or pear
1tbsp unsweetened almond butter
120g Activia vanilla 0%
1/ Cut apple or pear into wedges.
2/ In a small bowl, mix almond butter with 1 tbsp of water until you have a smooth creamy spread, add a little more water if too thick.
3/ Add Activia and stir a few times to ripple.
⭐️ TIP: if making ahead, toss fruit in lemon juice to prevent browning.
👨🍳 Flavour boost: add a pinch of ground cinnamon or a few drops of vanilla extract.
