Mighty Mackerel Snack
⏲ Prep Time: 5 minutes
🍴 Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
80g skinless smoked mackerel
80g Activia ginger shot
2 small slices (30g each) crusty wholemeal bread or sourdough bread
METHOD
1/ In a small bowl, flake fish and season with lots of black pepper.
2/ Stir in Activia until combined.
3/ Toast bread or roll until golden. Spoon on the pate.
⭐️ TIP: serve pate in lettuce cups for a low carb option.
👨🍳 Flavour boost: add 1tsp chopped dill, a little lemon zest, curry kraut or 1tsp horseradish sauce to the pate.
