Snappy Granola Plum

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g plums, stone removed, sliced or cut into chunks

  • 120g Activia Grains & Nuts Walnuts & Oats Yogurt

  • 30g unsweetened granola

METHOD

1/ Place plums in a small saucepan with 2tbsp water, cover with a lid and cook over a low heat for 7-8 minutes until softened.

2/ Leave to cool, chill for up to 4 days if making in advance.

3/ Spoon Activia into a bowl. Top with the plums. Scatter over granola and serve.

⭐️ TIP: try this with pear, apple, apricots or peaches.
👨‍🍳 Flavour boost: grate some orange zest over the plums once cooked.
